Our company mainly produces five kinds of mill as follows:
1.Wet Grate Rolling Bearing Energy Ball Mill
This series of ball mill is suitable for ore dressing, chemical, coal, cement and tetractpry sectors to operate fine grinding.
Bearing-type drive ball mill is a technological changing type, compared with the traditional ball mill: 15% lower operating current and reduce the starting current 50%, according to Babbitt
burning, downtime, the phenomenon of stopping production, not enough to improve the ball concentricity, run instability, current fluctuated, wear serious phenomenon hollow shaft. While use
of rolling bearing, the hollow shaft can continue to use, save 90% lubrication oil, improve the loading of 20%, increase production by 15%, 10% speed increase , each saving at 20%-30% power.
2.Air Swept Coal Mill
Air swept mill is used for coal grinding in the industrial furnace and rotary kiln requiring the fineness of pulverized coal being 85% for 200 mesh sieve and the water content being less than 2%.
Air swept mill is most ideal processing equipment for grinding and drying at the same time.
3. Raw Mill
Raw mill is mainly used in grinding raw materials in cement plant. It is also suitable for various material s and other fields such as metallurgy, mine, chemical and construction. Besides, it has
two forms, one is an open form, and the other is a closed circuit form equipped with powder classifier. It is widely applied in many industries and has convenient operation.
It has many advantages such as, strong adaptability, continuous production, large crushing ratio and easy to adjust the size of the products. And it is suitable for both dry production and wet
production. It also can allow the milling and drying processing simultaneously.
4.Cement Mill
