SUKAGlucan is a kind of β-Glucanase preparation got through its high yield microorganism strain fermentation. SUKAGlucan could hydrolyze the glucan
in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of grain product such as barley, wheat and rye, etc, therefore to increase efficiency of feed utilization, enhance the intake of nutrients,
and improve animal growing ability. This product could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer
filtering.
