metal alloy for products and applications in a variety of industries. From door knobs to pipe fittings, brass is found in one form or another in most commercial and residential buildings. Brass
alloys are also commonly used in electronic devices such as watches because they are non-magnetic.

Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc that has a harder surface than pure copper. We supply brass to customers for a variety of applications due to its durability and appearance. Brass is a solid
material that is strong, hard, and malleable. Brass exhibits many of the physical properties of pure copper and is also recyclable. As a general rule, brass is 67% copper and 33% zinc. Generally,
the more zinc, the lighter the color of the brass. Although zinc will always be the second most common metal in brass, other metals such as tin, arsenic, iron, and antimony are usually added to
further improve the physical and mechanical properties of the alloy.

piping systems with fittings.
