Performance:
It is used to optimize the morphology and distribution of primary silicon and eutectic silicon in al - Si alloys, refine grain structure and improve mechanical properties. Improve liquid fluidity
and casting properties of al - Si alloy. This product is easy to add, lasting effect (up to 100 hours), remelting and metamorphism effect can be inherited
Application:
Suitable for eutectic and hypereutectic al - Si alloy (metal - type casting) long-term modification or antimony element addition.
Usage:
1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Add temperature: 720 ~ 760℃.
3. Amount of this product added: 0.1 ~ 0.5% (generally 0.2 ~ 0.3%), and the amount of the alloy added is converted accordingly.
4. Add method: After refining, heat up to the required temperature, remove scum, put the product into aluminum liquid lightly, stir evenly, and let it stand for 10 ~ 20 minutes, remove slag
casting test bar, and pour it when the fracture is checked normally.
Packaging and Storage:
This product is a block, metallic luster, 250g/ block. Store in ventilated and dry place, keep away from moisture. The alloy liquid is strictly prevent sodium ion pollution.
