The mill output can be increased by 8～15%. - Improving cement quality. The strength of cement at different ages can be increased significantly. The 3 days compressive strength can be enhanced by 2～5 MPa and the 28 days compressive strength can be enhanced by 3～8 MPa. - Saving part of clinker. This product helps to mix more limestone into the cement than without using this product, so that limestone content can reach over 25%. - Reducing energy consumption. The electricity used in the production of per ton of cement can be saved by 3～5 kw/h. - Others. There is no corrosive effect on grinding equipment and concrete reinforcement. It has no adverse effect on the work performance, mechanical properties, deformation performance and durability of concrete.   Dosage The dosage of CemMate 400 is related to the physical properties of cement products. The recommended dosage is 300～1000 grams / tons of cement (0.03～0.1% of cement weight). The optimum dosage must be determined by testing on the cement mill.     Usage method In order to achieve the most stable using effect, CemMate 400 shall be accurately added by an adjustable liquid metering pump that matches the type and output of the cement mill. The liquid metering pump must be calibrated before use.
