Full Autoatic Egg Processing Line

The Basic Egg processing line included:    -          Egg breaker machine RZ 1 ( 3200 eggs per hour and separation function) -          Standard egg pasteurizer PS 200 RSH, ( with included heating source and homogenizer) -          Filling machine FM2H, -          Raw product handling system with pump and tank.   -          Filter -          Air cooled scroll inverter, -          Central air compressor.                                                       After pasteurization process, the egg liquid material is ready to be fill and packaged with filling machine into bag-in-box bags or in containers.   The Egg processing line requires a minimum installation time because all systems and components are test before delivery.   All machine parts in contact with eggs are made of stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316).
