(Ta205) under the following terms and conditions. We also hereby
declare and confirm that the offered Tantalite ore is of clean origin, clear and free from all liens and encumbrances and not of any criminal origin and freely movable in
Africa without perjury nor defrauding and abiding the laws and rules of
the ICC and compliant with Basel III regulations subject to the terms and conditions provided below:

This depends on agreement by both parties.
Delivery:
Buyer agrees to pay 30% in advance to enable seller to pay the government taxes and
transport costs. After it is possible Inspection with an Independent Representative in Africa, photo and video about readiness for shipment. 70% will be paid after the goods arrive at
destination.
SHIPMENT PROCEDURES
Seller sends FCO;
Buyer countersigns FCO and sends us LOI in according to FCO;
Seller issues Draft Contract/SPA for Buyer’s Review;
Buyer reviews the Contract/SPA, makes necessary changes (if any) and returns to the
Seller via e-mail for signing;
Parties in the FCO, signs/seals the contract with his details and returns back to the
Buyer via email;
Buyer countersigns as did the Seller notarized the countersigned Contract/SPA and
returns copies of the contract to the Seller via Email, DHL or FedEx, etc.;
Buyer/Representative comes down to view and inspect the materials physically.
Buyer pays 30% as per FCO and Contract.
Seller’s clearing and Forwarding Agent completes the documentations within 5 days
maximum.
Seller flies together with a buyer for final assay and payment. Or other final
payment (according to Contract)
