The mask is made of medical
plastic with the addition of antibacterial additives that prevent the growth of bacteria on surfaces. A patch (obturator) made of soft rubber is comfortable to wear and forces any inhaled air
entirely through the filter material (also made with the addition of antibacterial additives).
