Specified for solutions in apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, shopping centres, public and commercial buildings, BDFUJI Elevator lifts are designed to meet all vertical transportation needs in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.   What is a passenger lift? Passenger lifts are the type of lift that most people will be familiar with, and we've almost all used one before! Passenger lift can be used in a variety of different buildings, including commercial and residential applications. Not surprisingly, passenger lifts are used to transport passengers between floors of a building and can come in several different types. Passenger lift come in a variety of shapes and sizes (depending on the size of the available lift shaft) and can typically carry between 2 and 30 passengers, although most passenger lifts you come across can accommodate between 8 and 12 passengers.       Passenger lifts are preferred where speed of travel, user capacity and improved traffic flow within the building are important factors, while platform lifts are ideal for buildings that are inaccessible to people with disabilities or for low-rise environments. High-rise and commercial buildings. If you want to provide an easy way for users to navigate through buildings, as well as disabled access and access for all!       The installation of a passenger lift requires the construction of a lift shaft and a winding mechanism to move the car within the lift shaft. In order for the lift car to stop at the lowest floor, there should be a built-in lift pit (usually over one metre high) as part of the installation. Lifts designed for passengers are also subject to the regulations of the Lifts Directive, which allow travel speeds in excess of 0.15 m/s. This allows building owners to encourage people to move relatively quickly through their buildings - the average journey of a standard passenger lift takes 18 seconds per floor, although each project is, of course, unique. Under UK regulations, passenger lifts are the preferred method of vertical transport in multi-storey buildings. However, it is important to note that several obstacles may be encountered when installing passenger lifts and an alternative, such as a platform lift, may be worth considering.   In addition to traditional passenger lifts, we also offer a range of specialist passenger lifts and different types of lifts, including       Glass lifts - Glass lifts can be used to create a seamless appearance to public and residential building lobbies without disrupting the natural structure of the building. They also provide users with a 360 degree view of the surrounding space, creating a dramatic outlook for visitors and residents alike.   Energy efficient lifts - Energy efficient lifts are environmentally friendly lift solutions that help reduce a building's overall carbon footprint and energy consumption without compromising the safety, efficiency or comfort of users.   Scenic lifts - Scenic lifts are a unique way to showcase the architecture or landscape of a space, directing the user's attention to the most beautiful spaces in the building and making a lasting impression!   Hydraulic Passenger Lifts - Hydraulic lifts use a cylinder based system to generate movement and in the long run they are often more cost effective, easy to install and very energy efficient.   Electric passenger lifts - Electric lifts provide a quiet, fast and luxurious experience for passengers and the height can be customised to suit the needs of your building or project.
