We offer the finest lobster to be found anywhere in the world. Our lobster has long enjoyed a reputation as being amongst the finest in the world. Our supply team already supply some of
the ,EU,ASIA and USA's most reputable seafood restaurants and hotels worldwide.
We offer various types of lobster :
- Spiny lobster tails,
- Whole Frozen Lobster,
- Lobster Meat ,
The lobster is harvested fresh from the Caribbean Sea and then "blast frozen" to optimum storage temperature. Our lobster has a two (2) year shelf life from the freezing date once stored
properly.
In addition to lobster, we also offer 50% Clean Conch Meat (Queen Conch) which is also frozen at £6.80/lb
Our seafood is generally packaged in 10Kg boxes. It generally takes us 3-4 weeks to prepare a 20ft container. The timeline between catch, freezing and shipment is very short
thus ensuring a fresh product. We also do not sell "old or stale" stock.
