It has good tolerance to high temperature, can be widely used in process of starch sugar (Glucose, fructose, maltose, dextrin etc) and monosodium glutamate , organic acid and gluconic acid salt series industry Properties 1.Effective temperature: 55-100 ℃. opt imum 80-97 ℃, the enzyme still retains activity at 100 ℃.
