Required ingredients: Egg: 1 pc,  Butter: 60 grams softened at room temperature Preparation method: - Place the butter at room temperature until it becomes soft. Important note: Avoid melting the butter. - Pour roshd cookie powder into a hollow container. Add soft butter to it. Mix the butter and powder with a fork or your fingertips until it becomes uniform and becomes breadcrumbs. Add the egg to the mixture and mix well with a spoon until it is uniform. You can mix by hand if needed. Important: Do not add liquids such as milk or water to the mixture. The dough of this pastry should be firm. - Chop the chocolate using a knife (the size of the chopped chocolate should be small and about 5 to 6 mm). Mix the chopped chocolate with a spoon until smooth. Suggestion: You can grate the chocolate, but in this case, the color of the cookie will change and you won't feel the chocolate pieces in your mouth. Also, if you want, you can use chopped walnuts and raisins in the cookie instead of chocolate. - Cover the dough with a plastic and place it in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes until it is ready to cook. - Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes - Place oil paper on the bottom of the oven tray, and using two wet spoons, place the dough in small balls (about the size of walnuts) with a distance inside the tray. The distance between the balls of dough in the tray should be about 3 cm. Place the tray containing the cookies on the upper shelf of the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the bottom of the cookies is toasted (light brown). Tip: If your oven does not have a uniform temperature, rotate the tray once or twice during the baking time so that the baking conditions are the same for all cookies. Also, avoid overcooking, as your cookies will dry out. - Take the tray out of the oven and let the cookies cool for 10 minutes in the tray. Then remove them from the greaseproof paper.
