Our factory is engaged in the process of converting raw cattle hides to wet blue semifinished product (tanned leather using chromium salts). It is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan,
Aktobe city. It was commissioned in December 2014. The capacity of the plant is 180 tons per month. It is 100 mechanical removal, raw material is 25+ kg, 100% bull, not splitted (full) wet blue.
An average area of the semifinished product is 3.46 sqm, the minimum thickness is 2.5-3 mm, the maximum thickness is 5.5-6 mm. We offer cooperation in supplying of wet blue semifinished leather
with capacity of 20,000 sqm per month. Currently we 7696 sq.m. of ready to ship materials packed in pallets complying European standards. The below chart shows packaging details broken down
