A stapler is a tool for fixing, using a staple, objects of small thickness, between them or on a support. The stapler accesses both sides of the objects to be stapled and can thus fold the ends of the staple. It is used in the office, in stationary and in the preparation of boxes made of cardboard or thin wood. The part to be stapled is slipped between the jaws of the stapler, which operates as a clamp. The ends can fold in two ways depending on the model of the stapler, either inside or outside the staple. Depending on the stapler model, the metal part that folds the staples, can pivot and thus allows two possibilities: the ends fold towards each other or unfold outwards.
