If a favorable opinion is given, the buyer is invited to come directly to the office in Germany to negotiate the contractual conditions. Then, the file is transmitted to the competent authority in Algiers for finalization and signature. The LNG is offered at a special price, less expensive than that of Aramco and that of the price fixed by OPEC. II/ Sale of GASOIL D2 - Libya origin In order to facilitate the sale process, the usually required LAW is not necessary.
