Attention: Sir, This Letter of Intention is to express our interest in purchasing UREA, according to the characteristics: 1. Specifications:Urea -46.0% N-(Prilled)Appearance White prill, Nitrogen 46% min. , Biuret max 1.0 mg / Kg, Formal dehydes max 0.5 mg / kg; Total Oil and greases max 4,5 mg / kg, Moisture max 0,5%, Particle size 90% (2,5 / 3 mm); (max 5% 3 mm) 2. Packaging: The seller will deliver the product in new, white, 1000 kg big / bags, on top of Wooden pallets with a fumigation certificate issued at the time shipping in the port. 3. The Supplier shall be responsible for any damage during transportation caused by improper packaging 4. The seller must send, free of charge the amount of 300 empty big bags (1%) per shipment, to cover, the normal bankruptcy of packaging during the maritime trip and handling of the Product. 5. Required quantity: 25,000 MT, in a single shipment. 6. Place of Delivery: CIF Port of Santos (Brazil) 7. Type of sale: By SPOT Contract. 8. Payment: with LC (Letter of Credit). 9.
