Appling thermal Tape on LED Module 3. Led module fixing on bulb housing by pneumatic press. 4. Led driver fixing on bulb housing.5. Checking the circuit manually.6. Placing b22 cap on bulb housing 7. Cutting Driver pcb pin if projected from soldering point to outside 8. Crimping B22 base cap on bulb housing 9. Appling liquid flux on soldering point 10.Soldering the two points 11.Bulb housing pullout from soldering machine and rotating the position and placed on track.12.After taking bulbs automatically to aging machine.13.After finished aging it’s unloading automatically to track14.Bulb loading in gluing machine from track by automatically (pneumatic arm)15.Gluing on housing 16.Placing pc cover on bulb housing by pneumatic arm from track.17.Pressing pc cover for fixing on bulb housing.18.Unloading to conveyer by pneumatic arm.
