Looking for suggestions for proper material.Current samples made with 2.5 mil nylon orange on bottom surface, and 1.0 mil metalized reflective nylon silver on top surface.Characteristics, the product must conform to:Material must be stabilized, NO stretching.Water and abrasion resistant for both silver and orange color.Non toxic, must pass ALL USA safety standardsMust withstand 115 kilograms weight for 24 hoursDimensions tInflated 23-1/2 wide x 73 tall (approx)Deflated 36 wide x 73 tall (approx) ttPackaged bulk single folded 6'' wide x 19 (approx) Outer cradling tubes 3-3/4 diameter (approx)Inner cushion tubes 2-3/4 diameter (approx)Must weigh less than 200 gramsWe are trying to hold the weight to under 200 grams but are somewhat flexible on both weight and size.
