we are an Austraian company It is to be noted that, the size of each parcel will be at least 2,000 MT - 2,500 MT and our required volume may be as follows: From January 2020 - March 2020, Quantity: 15,500 MT - 25,000 MT per month, From April 2020 - June 2020, Quantity: 25,000 MT - 30,000 MT per month, From July 2020 - September 2020, Quantity: 25,000 MT - 35,500 MT per month, From October 2020 - December 2020, Quantity: 20,000 MT - 35,500 MT per month, The laycan will be proposed by the buyer at least 15 (fifteen) working days prior to the first day of delivery laycan which needs to be confirmed by the seller within 03 (three) days from the date of buyer's nomination (proposal). Hence, requesting you to have a look into the other details as mentioned below and let us have your offer accordingly: Buyer : , Terms of Delivery : CFR Mongla, Bangladesh, Discharge Laycan : To be mutually agreed between the parties, Product : Pressurized LPG Mixture with approximately 40% - 50% Propane (C3) by weight and balance ofButane (C4) as per buyer's option, Quantity : As mentioned above, Quality : As per Saudi Aramco Specs or similar (Specs attached), Price : As per Saudi Aramco Contract Price for discharging month . The CP of C3 (Propane) shall be applied for loading quantity of C3 and CP of C4 shall be applied for loading quantity of C4 (Butane) as per the B/L. Mode of Contract : Term Contract, Contract Duration : For 01 (One) Year starting from January 2020 - December 2020. Payment : Payment will be made by Irrevocable LC and to be made after 60 (sixty) Days from B/L Date (B/L date to be counted as Day 1) against B/L quantity by DLC. Inspection : Inspection to be carried out by a third party surveyor with internationally repute. Quality and quantity determination is final at load port. Inspection cost at load port shall be on sellers account and inspection cost at disport shall be on buyers account. Vessel : To be nominated by the seller upon buyer's Terminal Acceptance. Seller needs to send Q88 & Form-C of the vessel for buyer's acceptance before cargo loading. The LOA of the vessel should not be more than 105 meter with 5.4 meter Draft. Lay Time : 36 Hours + 6 Hours (NOR) at Disport, Lay Time Calculation: In the event vessel arrives during the agreed laycan, laytime to commence 6 hours after tendering of N.O.R. (Notice of Readiness) or upon berthing, whichever occurs first. However, if the vessel arrives before the first day of the agreed delivery laycan, laytime shall not commence until 0600 am on the first day of the agreed delivery laycan or the time discharging commences whichever earlier. If the vessel arrives after the last day of the agreed delivery laycan, laytime shall commence at the time discharging commences. Laytime shall cease upon disconnecting of hoses after whole cargo has been discharged Demurrage : USD 7,000.00/PDPR, Other terms and conditions: To be mutually agreed. LC Opening Bank : LC to be opened from National Bank Limited (NBL) and our bank has the relationship & credit lines available with the following International Banks from where 'LC Add Confirmation' may be added (if required) at seller's cost depending on the availability of credit lines during those specific dates of cargo delivery laycan. However, if the credit lines get exhausted at the time of opening of the LC then the LC Add Confirmation can be given from the seller's preferred bank. Show More
