Dear Sir we are interesting in the fellowing specification of steel wire : Technical specifications and conditions: -Quantity:/300/ tons straightened indented cold drawn pre-stressed steel wires of nominal diameter 7 mm. according to the EN 138/4/979 or BS5896/80 or what is equivalent. The company has to provide a document confirming their equivalent to the required secifications and has to enclose the equivlent specifications. -Nominal tensile strength: 1570 N/mm2 -Yield limit : 1420 N/mm2 -Guaranted Yield point: at 0.2 % of permanent elongation 1380 N/mm2. -Deflections : Max. 12 mm in 1 meter long. -Diameter tolerance : 7 mm 0.05 mm -Relaxation: Class 1 or Class 2 -Weight of Coil: about 600 KG 10% -The nominal inner diameter of the coil: 1800-2000 mm. -The nominal outer diameter of the coil: about 2200 mm. -The depth of the indentation: 0.15 mm 0.05 mm , three indented faces with angle 45 and the pitch 8 mm. General Conditions: -Packing: packing and wrapping will be per each coil separately in weight (600 kgs 10%) according to the International standards that guarantee the sound arrival of the goods without damages to the warehouses of applicant. The coils should not be gathered in one wrapping . Each coil should be binded separately. -Production marks: Bidder should stick on each coil a weatherproof tight label stating :- G.F.T.O Supplier Producing Mill Origin accredited Standard Heat No. - and Diameter our market is Syria , and its tender but we will be the bidder , and do the financing .
