Hello,We would like to evaluate possibilities to order design and following production of custom power module for our internal needs.We need a buck-boost converter module with the next main parameters:- micro controller based, full digital control over operation modes- module will be a power part for our smart 12S LiPo battery with up to 24Ah capacity- CC (constant current) and CV (constant voltage) modes- CC mode - up to 1.2C current (up to 30A)- CV mode - according to cell specification 4.2V max per cell- 48V input voltage- some basic protection against short circuit, overcharge (output voltage should be less that 4.3V per cell), ESD, overheating, watchdogs etc- shutdown mode - module should be designed on high quality, preferably industrial or automotive grade components- Power FETs should be paralleled with at least x2 redundancy- CAN interfaceWe do not need any balancing circuits, displays and so on, just compact, high efficiency module.We should be able to:- shutdown and awake module- select CC mode and set charging current- select CV mode and set output voltage- monitor temperature, input ant output voltages, output current in realtimeYou need to implement firmware as driver with a kind of agreed API, we should be able to add communication level over your firmware and communicate with your driver via that API directly on chip level.Design phase:- we should approve overall design, schematics, chosen components- we should approve PCB layout and mechanical construction- simulation reports are welcomePrototype phase:- fully assembled and working prototypes- full source code in C Delivery phase:- fully assembled modules as boards- modules in housingIf you are interested in that kind of cooperation, please let me know.We are growing startup with solid investments behind and working in area of group management of unmanned vehicles (both aerial and ground).
