Used cooking oil Buyer and Importer

Hi I am interested on buying by metric ton used/waste cooking oil (for livestock food processing), to be shipped to the Dominican Republic, Port of Haina Oriental. How much for the metric ton? will you be able to provide ALL required certifications and full analysis? I want to start with one full flex tank (or equivalent) that is about 20 tons or so, just to start knowing each other in business.
