In order to accommodate for the various elements, attractions and services needed to represent the project, the BIDDER will be required to propose a solution for a structure of an iconic high-end, modular structure that holds the requirements of this project, with a design life not less than five years. The proposed structure should be designed, engineered and built with foundations to EN 13782 standards of temporary structures. The structure should include elements such as raised floors, glass panels, solid panels, and roofing, supporting interior pillars, emergency doors and fire retardant material as per international standards. It would be required by the BIDDER to provide a rendered image of the structure in its complete stage, including the internal proposed layout representing the spaces needed such as (but not limited to) offices, reception, majlis, meeting rooms, wash rooms, medical room, etc. Additionally, the BIDDER should include exterior land development, Exterior Lighting, Façade lighting, landscape hardscape, shaded parking, signage & wayfinding as well as entrance icon.
