Self inflating Buyer and Importer

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Jeff McDermont from US. I'm looking for products with the following specifications: I am looking for a company that can make a floating tube like the in the picture attached that is SELF INFLATING. I Also need to design in this tube. I need two drink holders, an iphone/android waterproof pouch and to integrate bluetooth speakers into the tube. Do you have connections with other manufactures that do bluetooth speakers that you could buy and install? Would need them to sync. Let me know if you can do this? Also I need to get two starter samples and than will need 8-10 prototypes to test in different situations before large order.
