We are currently compliling ideas for a theme park on 35 acres(indoor and outdoor). The site will also accommodate a 3 tier karting track, quad biking course, skate park, playground, zip line course and driving centre. We are looking for a company who can demonstrate the best use of space available while ensuring the project has that wow factor. This could potentially be a showcase for your products into Europe. We would also consider a franchise agency or being part involved in the development with a view of selling your products in Europe. The space will also include a 40-50,000 sq ft 2 story building(building 1) which will include space for both leisure and office space; white architectural panels will be used on the exterior. This building will have a trampoline park, ice skating, go karting, wall climbing, cafe, gym, garden centre and training centre.
