After this Letter of Intent has been made, a formal agreement may be constructed to the benefit of the Parties involved. I. The buyer: Minh Phong co., Ltd II. The comodity of quantity and name: The Buyer intends to purchase 5000-10000 metric tons/monthly of Zinc ash, Zinc concentrate, Eaf at 16%LME per ton (CIF or CnF Hai Phong port of Viet Nam). In which, the content of Zinc grades from 20 to 40%. The comodity keyword: Zinc concentrate, Zinc compound, Zinc Slag, Zinc Ash, Zinc Powder, Zinc dust, etc... III. Payment terms: The Purchase Price shall be paid by L/C or TT IV. Shipping terms: • CIF at Hai Phong port of Vietnam V. Binding Effect: This Letter of Intent that shall be considered non-binding. Therefore, the parties acknowledge that this Letter of Intent is not enforceable by any Party. The terms outlined herein are solely for the purposes of reaching a later agreement in the future, of which, Buyer and Seller are not bound. VI.
