RFQ for Urea & Fuel Buyer and Importer

Hi,Dear Supplier, This is to inform you that I require Urea & Fuel. My name is Donald Henson and the main products we need is fertilizers, Urea, NPK, and DAP. For petroleum it is EN590, and LNG. my clients purchase on a high volume on average. 50,000 MT - 300,000 MT per month X 12.The way I usually work is to obtain your pricing, payment terms, spec's and SOP. I take this information and have a presentation with my clients. If there is an interest and agreement of all terms, I will then have the buyer submit an LOI. This way no one's time is being wasted.
