Dear Sir/Madam,This is Joern Rune KviserudWe are currently looking for a supplier capable of providing radially magnetized ring magnets, either as contineous ring magnets, or as segmented block magnets that together forms a ring.We are looking for dimensions like Ø50mm/ø30mm/H3mm or higher, and up to maybe Ø170mm/ø100mm/H3mm or higher.Sintered neodymium magnets in classes between 35 and 52MGOe, and temperature classes from H or SH and upwards, depending on the particular usage (maximum operating temperature in excess of 120-150 degrees Celcius). Obviously, they also need to be sintered with the magnetic domains radially oriented.Segmented magnets should be provided pre-assembled, either in a strong outer aluminium cup that we design for that particular assembly, or, for some smaller assemblies, with a thin outer cup or bounding material (like kevlar, carbon etc) wrapped around the stack. For a wrapped stack, we will ideally provide details for an internal aluminium fixation frame to prevent the magnets from shooting axially out from the stack.
