Hello, We are designing a product in witch we will use a plastic tube to diffuse a light source. The light source will be installed directly inside the tube. These are the Specifications we looking for : 1.1 Material: Polycarbonate 1.2 Color: White 1.3 Transparency: Completely opaque when there is no light source from inside the tube. Need to diffuse the light from the light source inside the tube. 1.4 Dimension: 40mm outside diameter, 36mm inside diameter. If not possible, please provide us the available dimensions around these values but the inside diameter need to be bigger than 36mm. The final tube length of the tube in our product will be around 450mm long. 1.5 The plastic needs to be UV resistant. The tube will be expose to the sun 4 hours by day, 7 months by years. The product life expectation is 5 years. 1.6 Scratch resistant if possible. These are the questions for you : 2.1 What is the minimal Order Quantity? (For the first production order, we looking for 500 tubes.) 2.2 How many times you need to produce the minimal order quantity? 2.3 What is the dimensional tolerance on the : Outside diameter, inside diameter, cut length? 2.4 What would be the cost by tube (cut to 450mm length) ? 2.5 Is it possible to buy samples, cut at 500mm length? If yes, what is the delivery time and what is the cost for 15 samples? 2.6 Is it possible to provide us, 2 pictures of the tube with the good material, color and thickness, one with a light source inside and the other without. 2.7 Is possible to have a scratch resistant option?
