I am sending you a redesigned gerber for 500mm strip in single line, to start with the sample order of 50panels 240x500mm + outer rim. Please note this is different design to the one sent before.It might be 502,22mm wide or so...In this panel, there will be in total 24 these strips per panel, see PDF for detailed explaination.- all strips will be laser precut- 10mm wide strips holding on panel on bridges- 2 layers- 2oz on bottom layer, 1oz on top layer (this should be easier for you as before the specs described were 2oz on both layers)- white print on bottom, white coverlay on top surface- black silk screen on top layer- rolled copper used- OSP surface treatmentPlease process and send me gerber data OF WHOLE panel for final confirmation, inlcuding the laser cutting lines (bridges).
