0.5-3OZ Copper Thickness and FR-4 Base Material pcb design Buyer and Importer

Hi there,We were looking to get a quote on development for a PCB like the one attached. Currently this is run by a Raspberry Pi which is too powerful and we want to reduce cost by simplifying the overall layout and design. The layout and components as they are now are all shown in the diagrams I've attached.The basic function is that a user needs to scan a barcode which is recognized as valid and that unlocks the solenoids on the bin. The barcode that is scanned needs to be saved and new barcodes need to be uploaded and old barcodes removed when a service comes to maintain the bin.As long as these basic functions stay the same, we're open to your suggestions on how to reduce and optimize the design.
