Optical Components for Smartphone Wide Angle Lens Buyer and Importer

We are looking for the optical components of a smartphone wide-angle lens. There is a diagram of our design in the attached files. We are looking for the 2 lenses that are in the red boxes. We would prefer to use stock lenses rather than make something custom. We are able to use larger diameter if neccessary - as long as the optical components produce a wide-angle image, but would prefer components that match the specifications in the attached file if possible. We would want a few dozen samples at first to complete prototyping, and then another 1000-2000 for a Kickstarter campaign we will be running in 2 months. After the Kickstarter, we will likely place an order of another 5000-10000 units, with possibility for many more in the future. We also need to manufacture custom metal and plastic parts from CAD design for our products. It is an extra positive if you are able to do this and source the optical lenses - but it is ok if you can only source the lenses too.
