Dear Sirs, I am writing to inquire about the prospect of producing A Line of ODM guitars. I have been in touch with 11 different companies so far, all of which have been unable to meet the attached specification. Please could you let me know if you are able to, and what price you would charge for a sample unit. I understand that companies such as yours have MOQ set to prevent people ordering one guitar, but it is a necessary evil for determining the right provider for my business. With regards to who I am, I am starting A Line of Premium Custom Guitars in London (UK), and have a target price of around 900 GBP per unit, depending on the choice of hardware. It would also be useful to know whether or not your company is able to source the required hardware and fit it for me, or whether it would be more economical for me to do this myself. I am now also looking to have the guitars finished prior to dispatch. If and when the quality is approved by my team and the UK, I aim to be ordering roughly 200 units per annum. I would also like to clarify now that I do not expect to pay for much more than the cost of the shipping for a sample order. I apologise for the direct approach to this inquiry - I have already spent six months attempting to find a supplier, and have gotten nowhere - And have learnt that all companies tend to start consultations with questions that need the above answers. I am merely trying to accelerate this process. Please let me know soon if you are unable to meet these terms. It would also be useful to know how quickly you can produce a unit, and ship it to the UK.
