We are looking for a steady source of the 75mm PVC pipe ratchet cutter. The spring open style. Both handles must be made of aluminum, no steel/iron small lower handle. We sell thousands and thousands of PVC cutters to the US wholesale market, for over 30yrs. We would want a 500 piece order to start, and test the product.
