Metal Heating Coil Buyer and Importer

I need a metal coil made made of a conducting metal thats 15cm long wrapped in a coil 6cm in diamtrr with 500W of power that can have 9V of DC to go through it. This metal needs to be attached to a negative and positive wire. These wires can be 10 Cm long each. The positive wire needs to pass through a click/flick switch before getting to a 9V battery pack. The negative wire runs straight from the metal coil to the 9V battery pack. Hope someone can help, I gave attached a quick sketch kf what the set up isRegards.
