Dear Sir/Madam,My name is Daniel Harkins and we are a national company with distribution throughout the United States.Our company has been in thermal insulation systems business for roofs and walls of buildings since 1981 and we would like to get into the production of fiberglass insulation made of blowing wool for use in our insulation systems.We would like to acquire many melting furnaces to build plants around the United States to make this type of insulation from recycled bottle glass. It is our understanding that electric induction furnaces can melt glass and this is the technology we would like to use. We need a furnace manufacturer that can supply us with the induction furnaces that can melt ground glass which we can then make into blowing wool. We would like to purchase the furnaces with all controls, electric transformers, rectifiers and furnace complete. We would prefer a continuous feed and output furnace but could use two furnaces to obtain a continuous output. We would require 16 tons per day capacity per furnace.
