I'm looking for products with the following specifications: CNC/Micro Machining with tolerances of +- 0.005mm Material Capabilities : 6061 Aluminum, Anodized with laser engraving Included in this RFQ is an engineering drawing and 3D renderings of the part we wish to have produced. STEP file can be provided if required. The sample run of 24 pieces is to gauge the quality of the production and to ensure that all tolerances can be met. Pricing Requirements: Samples: <$5 each First Run: <$4 each 100+: <$3 each Payment Terms: PayPal only 60% Upfront 40% on confirmed delivery by chosen carrier (i.e. DHL, FedEx, International Mail tracking number show out for delivery) If the production is of high quality and meets our requirements and specifications then a larger production run of 120 pieces will be awarded to the winning manufacturer.
