LDMOS power amplifier with NXP MRF1K80 Buyer and Importer

Hello,Alpin Amplifiers, a Bulgarian company, is switching from tubes to LDMOS power amplifiers. To make the switch we are looking for suppliers of LDMOS power amplifier pallets based on the NXP MRF1K80 LDMOS chip. Frequency range from 1.5 to 54 MHz. Output power 1500W with a single LDMOS. Supply voltage 50-65V.Take a look at the HF 1000P50 palette at Italab's ham radio amplifiers as an example. It is important to use ferite tubes in the output transformer as shown on the picture.Would like to buy existing product rather than special order. Expected annual volume is 50 amplifiers, each with 2 x MRF1K80 pallets or 100 pallets per year.Please no BLF189XR or MRF1K50.
