Our King Crab merus meat comes vacuumed sealed with no shell, no waste and easy to store. Each package weighs 2.2lbs and is cooked and frozen at sea. Sourced from the Sea of Okhotsk near the Kamchatka peninsula. Our suppliers follow the guidelines set by HACCP and are FDA registered. We currently have product in New Jersey, Washington, and Florida. This product can be supplied all year and has a 2yr shelf life.
