HelloI am looking for induction heating solution for heating 2 ends of flat bar at the same time below description of our process and some pictures.The heater allows heating at the same time two ends of a flat bar with dimensions of 5x10mm,6x12mm, 10x10mm, 12x12mm. Heating at a length of about 40-70mm to a temperature of about 1050 degrees and a capacity of up to 1200 pieces per hour. Flat bars use a transporter to pass through the inductor. Transporterhas adjustable total length of transported flat bars (265mm-700mm).The inductors are equipped with flexible water-current cables, which allows adjustment of their positionas a function of the length of the heated flat bar.Max. Generator 120kW is made in IGBT transistor technology. Generator workit is controlled by a microprocessor system, which in the event of failure shuts down the generator to protect itagainst damage to components. The power electronics components of the generator are water-cooled.The generator is equipped with a PLC controller and a touch panel of the operator, which enables readingemergency conditions and communication with other line components, including remote work.The generator and inductors are equipped with a closed cooling system terminated with an exchangerwater-to-water heat, to which an external cooling system must be connected.The external cooling system includes a wet cooling tower installed outside the hall.Best regards Dominik Popielski Show More
