To Whom It May Concern: I want to import a jade facial massage roller of high quality and with an attractive packaging. Most jade facial massage rollers have the following defects and are a total disaster as follow: DEFECTS OF JADE FACIAL MASSAGE ROLLER: 1-Not made of jade as stated in the description. Is it a jade imitation? 2-The stone has a mild chemical smell. What chemical treatment has been done to the stone and can it be toxic or harmful? 3-There are scratches on the jade roller. 4-The big jade head does not stay on the stick very well. 5-The big jade head flies off when one rolls it on his/her face. 6-The big jade broke off. 7-Poor quality. 8-It is rusted. 9-When in use, there was a squeaky sound.
