Were developing an innovative project which well launch on the market starting from January 2018. Were currently launching the tooling manufacturing. We would like to submit you some parts/tooling design for which we require a quotation. Some of the parts will be Injection Molded in thermoplastic. Mostly Polycarbonate + 40% Carbon Fiber. Some parts require Optical clear Polycarbonate, with anti-glare and anti-scratch coating. Other parts will be CNC manufactured from Aluminum Alloy (6063-T6) and some of them could be CNC machined from custom aluminum profiles. Finally, some parts will be molded by Thin Wall - Thixotropic Molding Magnesium Alloy (AZ91D). Im attaching here a first series of components for which we need a quotation, for the tooling and for the parts. About the extruded profiles: We need your best offer for the tooling and for the first minimum quantity order. Additionally, we will need the cost per Kg and weight per linear meter (per single figure), and manufacturing time from the date of order Finishing of the extruded parts would require a basic finishing and protection against oxidation, ready to be machined. The final treatment of the CNC machined parts will be Black Anodizing, matt finish. Please specify if you can eventually provide secondary CNC machining and finishing. Delivery to Shenzhen.
