Dear,We are looking for a supplier for cold forged pin or fin type heatsink supplier for our 1m light bar. Here I'd like to share some of requirement to see if you can supply us quick samples without going through special sample production. If you happen to have similar dimension, please respond to thisand then we can discuss further, including sharing mechanical drawings.Mechanical requirements:Size 1080 mm (length) x 80 mm (width) x 80 mm (height).Base thickness: 8 mm or thickerHeight can be shorter than 80 mm down to 60 mm if you have any existing samples.We can use shorter peace to connect them together to achieve total length of 1080 mm.The bottom surface is a flat surface finish but not required for flattening as secondary machining processFinish: Clear anodization or white.
