Our company is a WWTP designer and installer working in Argentina for a long time.
We have a client Rovafarm that has an aerobic plant design for 1000 kg BOD per day installed by us 10 years ago.
Now they are upgrading their factory and the load will climb to 7000 kg COD 5500 kg BOD.
We are designing an anaerobic cover lagoon of 8500 m3 by modifying the existing lagoon just behind the aerobic as you can see in the photo and drawing attached.
The idea is built a wall all around the basin and modify the slope actually 1:3 to 1:2,5 as you can see in the following calculation

· the gas collection system
· the rain drain system
· and the safety system if the membrane blows ((how the system vents the excess gas to the atmosphere)
· The ballast system
· The flare
· The piping between laggon and flare with the safety
We need you comments about what you can offer us .It should be interesting to find a
We want to use a floating system with negative pressure with a pressure controller, a blower with velocity variation,
We need as well the floating cover with isolation, it is double layer high density polyethylene with foam in the middle and the membrane for the bottom of the lagoon 1500 or 2000 microns HPDE membrane.
