Fulfillment of Small Samples & Advertising Mail in Latin America Buyer and Importer

We need companies in Latin America (Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Columbia), that can receive between 5,000 & 100,000 small samples that will require to be re-packaged & sent to individual addresses in their countries (one sample per address). We need suppliers who can store (short-term), pick and pack 1 x sample & 1 x leaflet into each envelope/jiffy bag (you to supply please) & dispatch to a list of addresses provided by us. The supplier should also be able to provide A6 leaflets, full colour (both sides of the leaflet) , approx. 170gsm, silk finish (or similar). The print element can be in-house or outsourced to a trusted local supplier. The supplier needs to be able to pre-sort the mail & dispatch via a discounted nationwide mail service (some countries offer very low rates for advertising type, pre sorted, bulk mail & we are seeking a similar solution in these countries). Samples are small (typically upto 10mm-20mm thickness and 30g - 70g in weight). We have a global client interested in sending 7ml vials of fragrance (Weight 32g, Thickness - 1cm (10mm), Height - 8.5cm (85mm) & Width - 5.5cm (55mm) - a photo is attached for reference.
