Foreign Suppliers To Apply For Registration Buyer and Importer

Foreign suppliers to apply for registration should be subject to : 1. The legally operateing qualifications allowed by one's own country (or region) ;2. The fixed place of business ;3. Familiar and comply with Chinese inspection and quarantine , mandatory requirements of technical specifications for environmental protection , and related standards of environmental control ; 4. Quality Control or Environmental Control system should be established and ran , which is suitable to the type of the applications for registration of waste materials to ensure that the import of waste as raw materials in line with the relevant requirements of China about safety , health and the mandatory requirements on environmental protection of the national technical specifications ;5. With relatively stable supply of good and measures about quality control of environmental protection ;6. There have been no significant quality issues on security , public health and environment in the last 3 years ;7. With the ability of applying for registration throughInternet and declaration of inspection before shipment , and detecting equipment of radiation and other appropriate infrastructure and testing capacity .8. Obtained the Certificate of ISO 9001 or ISRI , etc. on Quality Control System or other related Environmental Control System .Foreign suppliers to apply for registration should provide the following documents :1. The application form for registration ; 2. The tax registration document notarized , and if there are business registration documents , a notarized copy should be be provided as well ;3. The description of organizations , departments and job responsibilities ;4. Planar Graph of fixed office indicating the size , and if there is processing site , Planar Graph should be Provided as well . Video files or at least 3 photos of Fixed office or processing site should be provided , which can unfold the overall scene of the site mentioned above ; 5. Color copy of Certificate of ISO9001 or ISRI , etc , on Quality Control System or other related Environmental Control System ;6.
