Electric Shock Bank Buyer and Importer

Dear Sir/Madam I would like a small electronic electric shock device that can be worn around the thigh of the leg. It should be embedded into a wearable product and capable of delivering electric shocks at power levels that are completely safe but slightly painful. Ideally it should have the ability to vary the power at least into 4 levels, the highest of which is still safe but very painful. It should also be able to communicate via WiFi or bluetooth to receive instructions as to shock setting and time of delivery. It should be comfortable to wear ideally made of a soft fluffy material that isn't itchy or sweaty. It should have a rechargeable battery, ideally wireless charging.
