Transaction procedure & payment By partial (30%) advance payment: Price: CIF D2: 420$ per MT. 1. Buyer issues ICPO. 2. Seller issues FCO and Buyer sign the FCO on the acceptance of the term and procedures. 3. Seller provides draft contract to Buyer to revise and confirm by initial. The Parties exchange the signed contract via electronic mail, which shall be deemed legally binding enforceable before signing originals. 4. Within 5 banking days from the moment of signing Contract, the Buyer pays 30% from the amount of monthly shipment volume of the goods by direct wire transfer to the Seller’s bank account. 5. Shipment commence according to the contract terms agreed. 6. The amount of the rest 70% of the monthly shipment value will be paid to Seller’s account by direct cash transfer upon receipt of the goods on CIF basis, against B/L and SGS report. 7. The Company guarantees repayment of the funds in accordance with separate guarantee letter of the Company and with paragraph of the Contract, that states that refund shall be made to the Buyer within 5 (five) banking days if the delivery for any reason which do not depend of the seller not be possible or delayed.
