Hello, Our company develops 3D Touch solutions for smartphone, auto, industrial and military markets. I am searching for a pcap touch panel supplier to build custom 8 touch panels for our company. The customization would be in the sensor stack-up itself. We want to laminate a specialized 50um thick film, that we would supply to you, inside a standard pcap ITO-PET stack-up. So for instance, we want to make GFF-F sensor instead of the usual GFF. We would also want to ACF bond two custom FPCs, as well as optically bond an 8-bit color LCD (WXGA or higher) in order to make a full working touch module. We would want to do small trial runs first (10-20 pieces at a time) of different samples sizes, with a view of moving to MP in the future if the trials were successful. Please let me know if you are able to do this. If so, please answer the below questions, which are further requirements: 1. Can you source chemically strengthened gorilla glass for the cover lens? 2. Can you make custom FPCs? 3. Can you source 8-bit WXGA (or higher) 8 LCD displays? 4. Can you provide an A/D board for HDMI input? 5. Can you supply diamond pattern pcap in Film-Film stack-up? 6. Can you do customized pcap patterning? 7. If we supply our specialized film in 1m x 350mm x 50um lengths, can you handle this? 8. If we supply a 350mm film roll, can you handle this? 9.
