Accessoria is a small company which deals in health, beauty and lifestyle aids. It is looking for a certified manufacturer of pharmaceuticals (with the capability to produce parenteral drugs) to batch a sample lot and then other small lots (100-200 per lot) of a customized cosmeceutical formula it devised.Accessoria would send along the corresponding chemicals and the written formula in its exact proportions. The contracted manufacturing company would provide the compounding with WFI and sterile filtration of the mentioned serum; and the aseptic filling of that serum into 10ML vials that the contractor provides at 100 x 10ML for the first batch; with at least as many for each batch commissioned thereafter (100-200 or more each time on a monthly basis).Again, the sample batch and all further batches would consist of chemicals already supplied to and paid for by Accessoria; with sterile water, compounding and aseptic filling services (and vials) provided by the contracted manufacturer at a $2.50 USD per vial charge. The first batch (100 x 10ML vials) would be at $250 USD given to the manufacturer with additional shipping charges to and from the manufacturer (and taxes) to be prepaid separately by Accessoria.This will yield the contracting company at least $250 USD for their services each month (for a lengthy but indefinite period). The monthly dollar amount / size of order given to the company will increase substantially after the product is properly introduced to its target market. The frequency of orders made from the manufacturer may also increase. (There has already been demand expressed for this particular product.)Per year the contract would yield a sum total of at least $3000 USD to the manufacturer; but it is projected to eventually involve $6000 - $10,000 in U S D per year for that company.
